Sessions are held 2nd & 4th Fridays at 1:00 pm ET/12:00 pm CT.
We take one chapter per session in a meaningful manner.
February 9th – Introduction
February 23rd – Chapter 1
March 8th – Chapter 2
March 22nd – Chapter 3 (2 weeks off in between)
April 12th – Chapter 4
April 26th – Chapter 5
May 10th – Chapter 6
May 24th – Chapter 7 (2 weeks off in between)
June 14th – Chapter 8
June 28th – Chapter 9 and Closing of Book

The email group is free to members and is run through Google Groups. This provides the ability to stay connected.
Our goal for the Mindful Book Group is to embrace mindfulness practices in all areas of our lives. All the books that are chosen for our group are either from teachers of mindfulness or otherwise rooted in mindfulness practices.
Included in each session is time for mindfulness meditation. Sessions are not recorded but recordings of mindfulness meditations and practices are available to members of the group.
You will find that our sangha is welcoming, supportive, and kind. We also have an email group available for members to share insights, ask questions, and otherwise connect with one another in between our group sessions.
